Cancellations & Rescheduling


- LYL requires 2 days notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

- If appointment is made less than 2 days in advance, appointment must be cancelled 1 hour after booking to avoid cancellation fee.

- If not, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to client's card and/or deposits/pre-payments will be forfeited.


If you have an appointment or consultation, that time was reserved exclusively for you. In the event that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 2 days notice or 1 hour after booking if appointment is made less than two days in advance. 

If a deposit or pre-payment was made, the appointment must be rescheduled within 90 days or all monies will be forfeited and will not be credited towards any future service. Please note, all deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable and by making payment you agree that it will not be refunded for any reason.

Cancellations made on the day of the appointment are considered a No Call/No Show and will be charged $50 cancellation fee or deposit forfeited and pre-payment will be required to book any future appointments.


Special Services* may be cancelled up to 2 DAYS from when deposit is paid for full refund.
Once 2 days have passed, 3 weeks notice is required to reschedule the appointment without penalty. Clients who give less than 3 weeks notice
will have $100 or 25% (whichever is more) deducted from the deposit, and the appointment must be rescheduled within 1 month or the entire deposit will be forfeited. Cancellations made with only 2 weeks notice will forfeit 50% of deposit and the appointment must be rescheduled within 1 month. Cancellations made with 1 week or less notice will forfeit the entire deposit.

*Special Services are Extensive Repairs, Loc Extensions, Loc Creation, and any service over $150.
