Refunds


      ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES.
​LYL does its best to offer the highest quality deadlock hair care services and customer service but no guarantees or refunds are offered on hair services.

If you have concerns, we welcome you to contact us and we will try to resolve the issue.

Credits 
Clients that have remaining balances after services and those that reschedule/cancel with proper notice, 2 days, will have deposit balance held as a credit for 90 days.* 
Meaning all credit balances must be used within 90 days of last scheduled appointment or date appointment was cancelled/rescheduled. If not, credit will be forfeited.

It is clients' responsibility to remember and use credit before end of 90 days. 


*Does not apply to Special Services. 

Special Services


 Special Services are Extensive Repairs, Loc Extensions, Loc Creation, and any service over $150.

Special Services do not normally receive credits but some options are available under certain conditions.*

Once deposit is paid,
Clients have 2 DAYS TO CANCEL appointment for a FULL REFUND. After 2 DAYS, DEPOSIT is NON-REFUNDABLE and will NOT be refunded for any reason.
